Drishti is a non-governmental organization registered under the Societies Registration Act (21), 1860 by the Government of Jharkhand. The organization is consistently dedicated to addressing pressing social issues. In the financial year 2024–25, the organization has undertaken the following programs:
Drishti launched the Nai Disha District De-Addiction Centre on April 1, 2024, with support from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. This 15-bed rehab center has helped 181 addicts overcome substance abuse.
The center conducted 48 awareness programs in urban and rural areas, engaging approximately 1,558 residents. The goal was to educate people about the dangers of addiction.
To combat rising unemployment, Drishti’s training center provided vocational education to 33 individuals:
Many of the trainees have started their own businesses, becoming financially independent and employing others.
With help from Dr. Ram Lakhan Rajak, a free health camp was organized on April 7, 2024 in Masipidhi, benefiting 128 individuals.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of a balanced diet and materials on population control were distributed.
June 5, 2024: On World Environment Day, a seminar at RC Mission School raised awareness among students about pollution causes, effects, and solutions.
December 3, 2024: On International Day of Persons with Disabilities, a seminar in Morangi with 124 participants emphasized inclusion and celebrated the abilities and contributions of persons with disabilities.
